As with most business seeking employment applicants, the majority of Fairfield's advertising had been limited to the classified section of the local newspaper.   

When GreenLEAF Marketing was hired as Fairfield’s recruitment advertising agency, we took several steps to improve their applicant flow as well as improve the cost per applicant.
